My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious, and equipped with a kitchenette and laundry machine, which was perfect for families. However, they were a bit drafty and cold due to the January temperatures.

The service appeared to be a little careless overall. However, there was a positive experience with a staff member who took the trouble of investigating the theft of my video camera that was taken while I was shopping nearby. That was a plus point amidst the unprofessional behavior.
